Diego Maria Pinto
Diego Maria Pinto graduated in Management Engineering in 2019 from the University of Rome La Sapienza, where from November of the same year he is attending a PhD in Operational Research. He belongs to the Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering Antonio Ruberti (DIAG) at the Faculty of Information Engineering, Informatics and Statistics of Sapienza University of Rome. From July 2018 to January 2019 he collaborated with the company ABB Ltd for an artificial intelligence project in the field of industry4.0. Since May 2019 he has been engaged as a research fellow at the Institute of Systems Analysis and Computer Science (IASI) of the National Research Council (CNR) as winner of the selection for carrying out research activities within the REMIND project - Reverse Manufacturing Innovation Decision Systems. His main research topics are: Mixed Integer Linear Programming, Sustainable Logistics, Collaborative Planning and Scheduling, Applications of artificial intelligence in the manufacturing, logistic and financial sector.
