Paolo Maria Viceconte graduated in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics on October 2019 at Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis on multi-robot localization developed during his internship at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan. Since November 2019 he is attending the ABRO PhD Program with a curriculum in Automatic Control.
He belongs to the Department of Computer Engineering, Automation and Management “Antonio Ruberti” (DIAG) but his research takes place at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) within the Dynamic Interaction Control Lab located in Genova. His research is focused on the application of reinforcement learning techniques to the control of humanoid robots.
